Position Name: Legal Advisor
Qualifications: LLB/LLM from an HEC-recognized university or a reputed foreign university and/or Barrister-at-Law
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in legal, research, advisory, litigation, and drafting of legal documents
Age Limit: 30-45 years
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
- Rendering advice on legal and regulatory affairs and performing all necessary acts assigned by the organization involving legal issues.
- Drafting and examination of rules, regulations, and other legal instruments.
- Providing legal and procedural support to in-house adjudication.
- Representing the organization at various judicial forums/courts, such as high courts.
- Opinion writing on complex corporate issues.
