MCCEC is currently seeking candidates for the following positions within the PCCA:

Qualifications and Experience Required
All Positions:
- Ph.D. with 15 years of experience or Master’s degree with 18 years of experience in fields related to climate change and the environment.
- Distinguished service record with a proven track record of achievement.
- Strong leadership qualities and commitment to public service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
Specific Requirements for Each Position:
- Chairperson: Experience in academia, government, industry, or agriculture leadership roles.
- Member (Adaptation): Expertise in disaster risk management, water resource management, or agriculture.
- Member (Mitigation): Background in renewable energy, energy efficiency, or greenhouse gas emissions reduction.
- Member (Climate Finance): Experience in climate finance, project development, or investment analysis.
- Member (Coordination): Proficiency in inter-ministerial coordination, project management, or policy development.
