Mandatory Requirements

Candidates who qualify the written and skill tests must provide the following original documents at the time of the interview:

1. Academic Certificates
2. CNIC issued by NADRA
3. Domicile Certificate
4. Two passport size photographs with blue background
5. Affidavit duly countersigned by District Coordination Officer (DCO) in case of applying against minorities (Non-Muslims) quota

General Instructions

1. Applications should be submitted online through www.npfats.pk or www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk within 15 days from the publication of this advertisement.
2. The fee of PKR 1500/- (including Islamabad Police Character/Verification Fee of PKR 1000 and Recruitment/Documentation Processing Fee of PKR 500) must be paid via 1Link 1Bill.
3. Applicants may apply for more than one post but must pay separate fees for each.
4. No hand-delivered or courier/email applications will be accepted.
5. Accurate provision of contact information is essential. False information will lead to legal consequences.
6. Applicants must submit an affidavit regarding non-involvement in any criminal case at the time of the interview.
7. Transgender persons may apply according to their self-perceived gender identity.
8. Family claim basis applicants must provide relevant documentation.
9. Age relaxation of up to 5 years is applicable as per Federal Government Rules.
10. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews.
11. Selected candidates for specific posts must complete mandatory training from the National Information Technology Board (NITB) during the probation period.
12. Verification of character and academic records will be conducted, and any false information will result in disqualification and legal action.

15. Final selection includes a complete medical examination. Candidates with Hepatitis B & C or any perpetual ailments will be disqualified.

19. Successful candidates must be security-cleared before joining Islamabad Police.
