Here are the details and qualifications required for each position:

• Senior Business Development Officer:
  • A four-year bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or accounting.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends in the energy sector, assessing competitive positioning, and formulating actionable business development strategies.
• Manager Reservoir Modelling:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in petroleum engineering with at least 14 years of experience in the upstream E&P industry.
  • Experience working with subsurface teams in carrying out reservoir simulation studies.
  • Responsibilities include managing in-house reservoir simulation studies, quality control of third-party subsurface integrated studies, and recommending well development plans.
• Senior Engineer (Corrosion):
  • A four-year bachelor’s degree in metallurgy, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
  • A minimum of ten years of working experience in Pakistan, with a preference for relevant international exposure.
  • Responsibilities include providing technical support for design, projects, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and inspection teams.
• Engineer/Senior Engineer (Well Integrity):
  • A four-year bachelor’s degree in petroleum or mechanical engineering with five to eight years of working experience in Pakistan, with a preference for relevant international exposure.
  • Responsibilities include providing technical support for well integrity matters, well design, production projects, and inspection teams.
• Technician (Rotary):
  • A Diploma of Associate Engineering in mechanical technology with at least ten years of experience in the oil and gas sector or fertilizer industry.
  • Experience in executing major overhauls of high-speed turbomachinery is preferred.
  • Responsibilities include performing major overhaul jobs, troubleshooting breakdowns, and conducting routine maintenance on various equipment.
• Senior Business Analyst (Finance):
  • A qualified ACCA/ACMA/CIMA/MBA or BBA/BS degree in economics, finance, or accounting with at least eight years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
  • Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, providing insights on company performance, preparing financial forecasts, and developing valuation models.
• Medical Officer/Senior Medical Officer:
  • FCPS (internal medicine), FCPS (family medicine), MRCP (UK/IRE), or DABIM or DABFM certification, or completion of a four-year residency program in internal/family medicine.
  • One year of post-fellowship/residency experience, preferably in the corporate sector.
  • Registration with PMDC is mandatory.
  • Responsibilities include providing clinical and administrative care, including running clinics, visiting in-patient staff, and participating in health awareness sessions.
• Senior Business Excellence Officer:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field with at least seven years of experience in business process improvement, sustainability, or related fields.
  • Three years of experience in a team lead role is preferred.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing a Business Excellence Framework to optimize operational performance, leading cross-functional teams in using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, and ensuring integration of environmental and governance standards.
• Business Excellence Officer:
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering operations management, environmental sciences, or a related field with at least five years of experience in lean management within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in sustainability and social responsibility aspects is preferred, especially in the oil and gas sector.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing lean management strategies for environmental sustainability and operational excellence, leading lean projects, collaborating with teams to identify improvement areas, and conducting training for continuous improvement.
