The Privatisation Commission (PC) is seeking qualified and experienced consultants to join our team and play a vital role in Pakistan’s privatization process. We offer multiple positions across various specializations – Senior Consultant, Senior Consultant (Legal), and Consultant (Legal). Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role, but may include:
- Conducting financial analysis, studies, and valuations of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) identified for privatization.
- Providing advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and corporate restructuring.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to privatization transactions.
- Conducting due diligence on potential investors.
- Supporting the development and implementation of privatization plans.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law (for legal positions), or a related field from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university in Pakistan.
A minimum of 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields, including mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, legal matters (for legal positions), or privatization.
A valid license to practice law in the Supreme Court or High Court of Pakistan (for Senior Consultant (Legal) and Consultant (Legal) positions).
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in computer applications.
