The Privatisation Commission (PC) is seeking qualified and experienced consultants to join our team and play a vital role in Pakistan’s privatization process. We offer multiple positions across various specializations – Senior Consultant, Senior Consultant (Legal), and Consultant (Legal). Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role, but may include:
- Conducting financial analysis, studies, and valuations of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) identified for privatization.
- Providing advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and corporate restructuring.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to privatization transactions.
- Conducting due diligence on potential investors.
- Supporting the development and implementation of privatization plans.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law (for legal positions), or a related field from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university in Pakistan.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields, including mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, legal matters (for legal positions), or privatization.
- A valid license to practice law in the Supreme Court or High Court of Pakistan (for Senior Consultant (Legal) and Consultant (Legal) positions).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
