General Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for the positions should have relevant qualifications and experience in their respective fields. Below are the general requirements:
- Chief Financial Officer: Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the hospital sector, preferably with foreign qualifications and training from a renowned chartered accountancy firm.
- Office Managers (ED, CMO, COO): MBA, Masters, or Graduation degree with significant years of experience in the relevant field.
- Managerial Positions (Procurement, Bio-Medical, Store, Accounts, Administration): MBA, MPA, or Graduation with relevant certifications and substantial experience in the respective areas.
- Physiotherapist: BS in Physiotherapy from a recognized university with relevant years of experience in a hospital.
- Assistant Manager Accounts, Accounts Officer, Procurement Officer, Store Officer: B.Com or Graduation with relevant years of hospital experience.
- Assistant HR: MBA, MPA, or Graduation with hospital experience.
- Technicians (CT Angio, Pharmacy, Echo): FSc (Pre-Medical) with diplomas and relevant field experience.
- Nursing Helper, Receptionist, Generator Operator: Intermediate or DAE in relevant fields with hospital experience.
- TRMO – CPU, Security Guard, Echo Trainee, Internal Auditor: Relevant qualifications and experience in their respective fields, with a preference for candidates retired from armed forces for the Security Guard position.

Eligibility Criteria
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Candidates with hospital experience will be given preference.
- Candidates in Government services should apply through the proper channel.
- No TA/DA will be admissible over the interview (where applicable).
