Position Details:
1. IT System Management Expert
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of large-scale IT systems.
- Implement system upgrades, installations, and configurations.
- Ensure the effective operation of network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with IT staff to improve system performance.
- Maintain system documentation and protocols.
- Ensure data integrity and backup procedures are in place.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
- Professional certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in managing large IT systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in system administration, database management, and network configuration.
2. IT Security Expert for Professional Support
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
- Monitor network security and respond to security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Advise on secure system and network configurations.
- Train staff on security protocols and best practices.
- Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
- At least three years of relevant experience in network security.
- Certifications such as CCNA & CCNP (Security) or equivalents are required.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
- Ability to manage large network security and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Selection Process:
