1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Qualifications:
  • 16-year degree in relevant subjects (e.g., MBA in Financial, ACCA, ACMA, or CA).
  • Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in senior financial roles.
  • Proven track record in public sector accounting/financial management.
  • Must meet Fit and Proper Criteria as per company policy.
  • Upper age limit: 55 years.

2. Chief Technical / Engineering Advisor

• Post: 01
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Power Systems.
  • A professional engineering license from PEC is required.
  • At least 15 years post-qualification experience in engineering projects and distribution systems.
  • Leadership experience in complex environments.
  • Upper age limit: 55 years.

3. Chief Commercial Advisor

• Post: 01
• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management Sciences.
  • Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in sales, business development, or customer experience.
  • Expertise in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Upper age limit: 55 years.

4. Chief Supply Chain Officer

• Post: 01
• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant field.
  • At least 15 years post-qualification experience in supply chain or procurement.
  • Experience in the energy or power sector preferred.

5. Chief Human Resource & Career Management Officer

• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

6. Chief Legal Officer
