The following are Vacant Positions in the School Education and Literacy Department:

1. Database Administrator PPS-09

How To Apply for the School Education and Literacy Department Govt Sindh Jobs Now:

1.  University Degree in BS/ B.E Computer Systems or related field.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in (data center operations) physical 01 Server, SAN, router, and switches operations.
3. Experience with configuring, and optimizing databases (MySQL, SQL, Server, PostgreSQL) with high availability is required. At least 5 years.
4. CCNA, CCNP holder would be considered additional grace.
   Recognized Certification in Database management from OEM centers

   Professional skills:

   1. Proven Experience of Database administration.
   2. Proven Experience of Server operating System installation at least 5 years.
   3. Proven experience with setting up VMS, RAID, and OS for Servers and SAN.
   4. Embedding Application Security Components. ISO 27001 standard.
   5. Experienced in configuring and setting up systems required & adapting to new technologies.
   6. Backup and service continuity.
   7. A detailed, dated, and signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and experience in carrying out similar assignments, as well as references for possible checks.

   The initial Contract period shall be 1 year and it shall be extendable based on the performance and requirements of the project.
