RDF is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the following vacant positions at Peoples’ School-Dhoro Naro (District Umarkot) and Peoples’ School Mirpur Bathoro (District Sujawal).
Forty (40) Teaching Positions (Dhoro Naro and Mirpur Bathoro)
1. Principal
- Location: Dhoro Naro
- Qualifications: M.Ed / Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 5-8 years of teaching and school management experience.
2. Vice Principal
- Location: Mirpur Bathoro
- Qualifications: B.Ed / M.Ed / Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 3-5 years of school management experience.
3. Subject Specialist Teacher
- Subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Biology
- Qualifications:
- Master’s or equivalent in the relevant subject from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant subject.
- Teaching license will be given preference.
4. Elementary Teacher (English, Mathematics, General Science, Physical Training Instructor)
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in the relevant field/subject from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
- Preference for those holding a teaching license.
5. PST (Primary School Teacher)
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in the relevant field/subject from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
- Preference for those holding a teaching license.
6. ECE Teacher
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in the relevant field/subject from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
- Note: Female candidates with one year of experience and a diploma in ECE/Montessori will be given preference.
Six (6) Non-Teaching Positions (Dhoro Naro and Mirpur Bathoro)
7. Admin/Accounts Associate
- Qualifications:
- Graduation in a relevant subject from an HEC-recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
8. Lab Assistant
- Qualifications:
- Graduation in a relevant subject from an HEC-recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
9. Librarian
- Qualifications:
- BS (Library & Information Sciences) or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
- Should have one year of experience in the relevant field.
10. Computer Lab Assistant
- Qualifications:
- Graduation in Computer Sciences or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
- Should have one year of experience in the relevant field.
