Qualifications:
- F.Sc Pre-Medical: Minimum 45% marks from any Board of Higher Secondary Education in Sindh.
- Matric: Minimum 45% marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects (only if seats remain vacant).
Domicile: Sindh Province
Age Limit: 14-35 years (As per Pakistan Nursing Council Rules)
Stipend: For the initial 3 months, no stipend will be provided. After successful completion of the PTS examination, candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 3240/- which includes Mess Allowance and Uniform Allowance.
Hostel Facility: Available. An advance deposit for mess money for three months is required for those opting for hostel accommodation.
Admission Form: Can be obtained from the office of the Principal at the respective Public Health Schools (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar at Mithi) on payment of Rs. 200/-.

- F.Sc (Pre-Medical) Pass Certificate.
- Matric/F.Sc (Pre-Medical) Marks Sheet.
- Domicile Certificate and PRC Form-C.
- Character Certificate from the last attended School/Institution or notable person.
- CNIC.
- 04 passport-sized photographs, duly attested from the back.
