Positions with Qualifications
Gender Specialist (One Position)
- Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Gender and Development, Women’s Studies, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Specialized Training in Gender Awareness/Sensitization, Gender-Based Violence, Community Engagement, Strategies Development, or other relevant skills
- Active affiliations with recognized industry or professional organizations
Eligibility & Application Conditions
This vacancy is purely on a Temporary/Contractual Basis (renewable annually based on performance) funded through an International Lending Agency. Candidates shall have no right to claim for regularization under any prevailing Government policy. Selection will be purely on merit, subject to endorsement by the donor agency.
