Positions with Qualifications

Director Procurement and Contracts (One Position)
Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Construction Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Foreign qualifications are an added advantage.
• At least 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in senior management roles.
• Experience in service-oriented projects, managing contracts, and procurement, particularly for donor-funded infrastructure projects.
• International work experience and PEC registration are preferred.

Assistant Director Environment/Occupational Health & Safety (One Position)
Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in donor-funded or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), and regulatory frameworks.
• PEC registration and strong report preparation and stakeholder communication skills are required.

Office Assistant (One Position)
Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT from an HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Proficiency in dictation, note-taking, and computer skills.

Driver (One Position)
Qualification & Experience:

• Middle pass with a valid driving license.
• At least 2 years of driving experience with excellent navigation skills.
