Available Positions

1. Senior Trainer (Ex Armed Forces)

• Number of Posts: 05
• Minimum Qualification: Commissioned Officers (Retired from Army, Navy, and Air Force)
• Minimum Experience: Preference is given to candidates with SSG experience or those who have worked as trainers at any tactical training facility of the armed forces.
• Remuneration: Rs. 250,000/- inclusive of all allowances.

2. Instructor (Civilian)

• Number of Posts: 05
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Higher qualifications will be given preference)
• Minimum Experience: Background in relevant fields is required.
• Remuneration: Rs. 250,000/- inclusive of all allowances.

3. Medical Officer

• Number of Posts: 03
• Minimum Qualification: MBBS with PMDC registration
• Minimum Experience: At least 3 years as a medical officer, with preference given to experienced and qualified professionals.
• Remuneration: Rs. 150,000/- inclusive of all allowances.

4. Junior Trainer (Ex Armed Forces)

• Number of Posts: 12
• Minimum Qualification: NCO’s & JCO’s Trainers (Retired from Army, Navy, and Air Force)
• Minimum Experience: Preference is given to candidates with SSG experience or those who have worked as trainers at any tactical training facility of the armed forces.
• Remuneration: Rs. 150,000/- inclusive of all allowances.

Terms and Conditions

1. Skill Requirements: Candidates skilled in Judo, Karate, Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Boxing, Driving Skills, Tactics, Weapon Handling, Physical Training, English Language, Etiquette and Ethics, Leadership and Motivation, Swimming, Bomb Disposal Training, Religious Education, I.T Law Drill & Discipline will be given preference.
2. Contract Period: The initial contract will be for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance.
3. Senior Trainers: Must have a military background with extensive training experience and should possess relevant certifications or qualifications in training and tactical methodologies.
4. Instructor Qualifications: Must hold relevant degrees and have experience in their specialized fields.
5. Medical Officers: Must hold an MBBS degree with PMDC registration and relevant experience.
6. Performance and Appointment: Appointments will be made based on written tests, interviews, medical fitness, and document verification. The final appointment will depend on satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.
7. Criminal Record: Candidates with a criminal record are ineligible for appointment. Any candidate found involved in criminal activities at any stage will have their candidacy canceled.
8. Remuneration and Benefits: Selected candidates will receive medical reimbursement and other compensation benefits as per organizational policy.
9. Performance Monitoring: The performance of all appointed staff will be regularly assessed based on predefined criteria and standards.
10. Code of Conduct: All appointed staff must adhere to the organization’s code of conduct, ethics, and professional standards. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
11. Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day notice or compensation in lieu of notice. Termination may occur in cases of gross misconduct, violation of laws, or failure to meet performance standards.
12. Confidentiality: All staff must maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information or operational details related to SSU. Breach of confidentiality may lead to termination and legal consequences.
