Town Planner (BPS-17)
- Graduate in City & Regional Planning from an HEC-recognized university.
- Must be registered with PCATP.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Expertise in ArcGIS, SPSS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D will be an added advantage.

Land Scape Architect (BPS-17)
- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Must be registered with PCATP.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is required.
- Additional expertise in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop will be considered a plus.
