Undergraduate Scholarships for Students of Balochistan 2024. Applications are invited from outstanding students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA for the Undergraduate Scholarships under the project entitled Provision of Higher Education Opportunities for Students of Balochistan & Erstwhile FATA (Phase-III) Batch-III. Scholarships are available for the academic year 2024-25 in all areas of study/disciplines at Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized Public/Private sector Universities/Degree Awarding Institutions of Pakistan.

Position Title: Undergraduate Scholarship
Location: Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA
Qualifications: Applicants must have completed 12 years of education with at least 60% marks in FA/FSC/ICOM/ICS/DAE or equivalent. Applicants must be less than or equal to 22 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement. Candidates already availing of any other HEC or government scholarship are not eligible. Students awaiting results are not eligible.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age must be less than or equal to 22 years.
2. Valid domicile or local certificate of Balochistan/erstwhile FATA.
3. Completed 12 years of education with at least 60% marks.
4. Not currently enrolled in any general cadre bachelor’s program.
5. Applicants must acquire the required qualifications on or before the closing date.

Important Notes:

• Scholarships will be awarded based on merit and district quota.
• Applicants must secure at least 50% marks in the aptitude test conducted by the Education Testing Council (ETC) – HEC.
• The scholarship and reserved seats distribution ratio is 50-50 for Balochistan & Erstwhile FATA.
• Reserved seats will be on open merit within selected scholars.

How to Apply

1. Submit applications online through the HEC website http://hec.gov.pk/site/bf3. Ensure to upload a duly attested copy of CNIC, applicant’s and father/guardian’s domicile, and educational documents.
2. A test fee of Rs. 500/- is to be deposited via 1Link 18 invoice participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking.
