Hiring Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduates: Candidates must possess a minimum of 16 years of education with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electronics from a PEC-recognized university.
- Business Graduates: Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies focusing on HR, Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Marketing from an HEC-recognized university are eligible.
- ACCA Candidates: Students who have successfully passed at least 8 papers of the ACCA are also encouraged to apply.
- Academic Performance:
- A strong academic record is crucial. Candidates must have achieved a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or a 70% equivalent. This ensures that our trainees have the solid foundational knowledge necessary for advanced professional development.
- Testing Requirements:
- All candidates will undergo a rigorous testing process conducted by Third-Party Testing Services to ensure fair and unbiased evaluation.
- A minimum passing score of 60% on the test is required to move forward in the selection process. However, achieving this score does not guarantee selection; it merely qualifies candidates for the next stage of evaluation.
- Candidates with higher test scores will be prioritized for panel interviews, where final selections will be made based on merit and the availability of seats.
- Eligibility:
- Recent Graduates: Only students who have completed their degrees in the year 2022 or later are eligible to apply. This ensures that our trainees bring fresh, up-to-date knowledge and skills to their roles.
- Result Awaiting Students: Unfortunately, those who are still awaiting their final results are not eligible for consideration for the MTO/GTE Program.
- Age Limit:
- To maintain a dynamic and youthful team, candidates must not be older than 26 years as of the date of the advertisement.
