Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/electric) OR
- Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Commerce from an HEC-recognized or reputable international university OR
- Fellow Member of a recognized professional accounting body (ICAP/ICMAP or equivalent).
Experience:
- Minimum 10 to 15 years in large public, national, or multinational organizations, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Experience managing a large-scale utility will be an advantage.
Tenure & Age Limit:
- Contractual position for 3 to 4 years, extendable with board approval.
- Maximum age: 62 years (extendable to 65 years as per SW&SC Act 2023).
